Job DescriptionWorkday Practice is seeking a Principal Data Consultant experienced in Human Capital Management. As a Principal Data Consultant you will guide clients through the transformation, implementation and operation phases of a Workday implementation.This role is best suited for self-starters who are eager to work across a range of customers and dive headfirst into all phases of Workday system implementations. Responsibilities:Become a Workday HCM and Data expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementationPartner closely with your team and customers to achieve excellence in each phase of your projectsLearn to use the Workday tools of iLoad, EIB, Object Transporter, Advanced Load, and Migration Recipe to do tenant to tenant migrationsDesign and generate data tracking and monitoring tools, and develop reports with accurate, easy to read, useful informationUtilize your technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoadsGuide clients through the data extract and cleansing process, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and securityCreate ETL scripts to transform and load data, and create strategies to improve and normalize client dataSupport the validation of data loaded into WorkdayRegularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solutionPerform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the projectActively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization Skills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, MIS, or related field2-5 years ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience2-5 years Workday HCM experience highly desiredCertified in PRISM and Reporting highly desiredEligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UKExperience with data conversion, data mining, and data loadingAdvanced experience of ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work well individually as well as in a team environment
