We operate at the intersection of market research, rewards, and user monetization, delivering high-performing solutions that increase partner revenue while maintaining a premium user experience.About the RoleWe're looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead (New Revenue Streams) to build and scale entirely new revenue streams for Prime Insights. This is a highly entrepreneurial role focused on creating, negotiating, and launching partnerships that directly generate incremental revenue.You will operate across our owned & operated (O&O) ecosystem, identifying opportunities to monetize our user base beyond our core products developing new business lines outside of gaming, surveys, and our Prime Earn B2B monetization suite.Scope of the RoleYour focus will be:Identifying new revenue opportunities leveraging our own user base.Optimizing existing strategic partnerships within our O&O products.Building entirely new revenue streams from 0 to 1.Your MissionIdentify opportunities, close high-impact deals, and turn them into scalable revenue channels.RequirementsExperience5+ years in Business Development or Strategic Partnerships, ideally within the mobile app space.Proven track record of closing high-impact commercial deals (not just managing accounts).Experience building or scaling new revenue streams or business lines.Background in two or more of the following:Fintech, payments, or rewards ecosystemsAdtech / mobile monetizationData monetization or market researchConsumer apps or marketplacesCommercial & Strategic SkillsStrong understanding of revenue models, margins, and unit economics.Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities based on business impact and resources involved.Experience negotiating enterprise-level commercial agreements — revenue share, guarantees, CPA/CPI/CPS, and performance-based deals.Comfortable working on 0 to 1 initiatives with high ambiguity.ExecutionAbility to move fast from idea → business case → deal → launch.Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams to take opportunities from concept to live revenue.Hands-on operator: able to define the strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute it.MindsetBuilder mentality: creates opportunities rather than waiting for them.Owns outcomes, not activities: measures success in revenue shipped, not deals signed.Bias for action: would rather test a partnership in 4 weeks than perfect a deck in 8.Thrives in ambiguity: comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.CommunicationExcellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to pitch complex ideas in a simple, compelling way.Fluent in English.Important: We are not considering freelancers or consultants who are juggling multiple clients or projects.
