You will join a team dedicated to designing and developing customer interfaces—web and mobile—and supporting backend integrations, aiming to establish a scalable, efficient corporate banking platform for all client segments.Your main responsibilities as Android Tech Lead will be:Analysis and design of new featuresDevelopment, code review, and testing of featuresIncident resolutionTechnical alignment with Product Owner and other teamsSkills needed to succeed:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in Android native developmentDetailed knowledge of KotlinProficiency with Android Studio, Git, and GradleExperience with Android JetpackKnowledge of security mechanisms: Keystore, SSL pinning, encryption (AES, Diffie-Hellman), man-in-the-middle protectionsKnowledge of hardening mechanisms: ProGuard, DexGuard (or similar)Experience with architecture design for mobile applications (e.g., MVC, SOLID, MVVMC, clean architecture)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive attitudeExcellent communication skills, fostering knowledge sharing and learningInitiative in seeking new solutions and improvementsTeamwork orientationAt GFT, we value diversity and foster an inclusive work environment based on cooperation and mutual respect.
