We seek talented professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative within the corporate banking division of a leading international bank. The project focuses on modernizing the bank’s online and mobile platforms to deliver a digital-first experience that maximizes process efficiency and customer value. You will join a team dedicated to designing and developing customer interfaces—web and mobile—and supporting backend integrations, aiming to establish a scalable, efficient corporate banking platform for all client segments. Your main responsibilities as Android Tech Lead will be: Analysis and design of new features Development, code review, and testing of features Incident resolution Technical alignment with Product Owner and other teams Skills needed to succeed: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in Android native development Detailed knowledge of Kotlin Proficiency with Android Studio, Git, and Gradle Experience with Android Jetpack Knowledge of security mechanisms: Keystore, SSL pinning, encryption (AES, Diffie-Hellman), man-in-the-middle protections Knowledge of hardening mechanisms: ProGuard, DexGuard (or similar) Experience with architecture design for mobile applications (e.g., MVC, SOLID, MVVMC, clean architecture) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive attitude Excellent communication skills, fostering knowledge sharing and learning Initiative in seeking new solutions and improvements Teamwork orientation At GFT, we value diversity and foster an inclusive work environment based on cooperation and mutual respect.
