At ClearPeaks, there are endless opportunities to get involved in different projects bringing innovative ideas while being part of leading-edge teams who are always innovating and evolving in the BI field.ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage achievable project and resource plans in a fast moving and dynamic environment.Plans, manages, and keeps control over key project milestones, issues and risk proposes, metrics and success factors.Ensure project objectives and scope are clearly defined, understood by impacted stakeholdersManage and execute requirements gathering phases of a projectCoordinate and execute solution analysis and design with the entire project teamCoordinates and participates in solution testing to guarantee high quality of BI solutions, ensuring compliance to validation and testing requirements, including appropriate documentation.RequirementsIdeally Computer Science Engineering, Informatics, Statistics or other degree with interest in the business intelligence field.Fluent and articulate in EnglishMinimum of 5 years of experience in the BI field with the ability to:Leads project teams throughout all phases of the Business Intelligence LifecycleDesign, development, and deployment of BI applicationsTechnical skills:Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETLExperience with BI visualization tools and their implementationUnderstanding of design principles of business reportsCustomer oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills.Proactive, team player, committed and constant willingness to improve.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, work ethic and the ability to lead multiple global virtual project teams.Our offer to you!Be part of an international and talented team, enjoying an excellent work environment where people are passionate about what they do.Possibility to grow inside the team25 vacation days
