Job Description Business Analyst Madrid Onsite Key Responsibilities Requirements Elicitation : Collaborate with the business stakeholders to elicit document and validate business requirements. Ensure requirements are clear complete and aligned. Requirement Analysis : Analyze and prioritize together with the product owner the business requirements assess their feasibility and provide recommendations for solutions or process improvements in alignment with the Solution Architect. Process Modeling : Create visual representations of current and future processes using appropriate tools and techniques. Identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains. Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate effective communication between client Business division project teams and technical teams both internal and external. Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project. Solution Design : Collaborate with Solution and Domain Architect as well as Designers and Development Team to translate business requirements into functional specifications mock-ups or prototypes. Risk Assessment : Identify and flag to the Project Manager any project risks assess their potential impact and work on risk mitigation strategies to minimize negative outcomes together with the PM. Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirement documents backlogs and any other relevant materials or templates. Continuous Improvement : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements. Proven experience as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements for technical needs. Ability to manage concurring projects deliverables and priorities without putting the timeline or quality at risk. Experience with process modeling and data analysis tools. Knowledge of Agile software project management methodologies SDLC and Atlassian tools (Confluence and Jira). Knowledge of design or wireframing tools (Figma Axure or similar) BA Certificates is nice to have.
