Role Description We are looking for a C# Tech Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries. Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation. Design, build, and maintain backend systems using C# / .NET Core / ASP.NET. Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within an environment. Support CI / CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring. Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence. Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow. Key Requirements Experience in iGaming is a must. Minimum 5+ years of experience in engineering teams or acting as a senior mentor. Deep understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, and database design.
