We are looking for aC# Tech Leadwho combines strong technical expertise with team leadership. You will be instrumental in shaping architecture, ensuring code quality, and mentoring developers in a collaborative Agile environment.
✅Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of C# developers across multiple countries.
Set technical direction, ensure high standards, and foster innovation.
Design, build, and maintain backend systems usingC# / .NET Core / ASP.NET .
Own and enhance distributed, scalable services within aKubernetesenvironment.
Support CI/CD processes, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
Promote DevOps mindset, clean code principles, and technical excellence.
Collaborate across engineering, QA, and product teams in an Agile workflow.
Key Requirements
iGaming experienceis amust .
5+ years of experience inC# / .NET software development .
Proven experience leadingengineering teamsor acting as a senior mentor.
Deep understanding of.NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL, database design .
Solid experience working in aKubernetesenvironment.
Experience withKafka ,GCP or Azure , anddistributed cache systems(e.g., Redis).
Familiarity with frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React) is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and technical mentoring skills.
