In this role you will manage the credit and collection process for a defined portfolio, focusing on cash flow optimization and risk control. You will act as the key liaison between customers, Sales/Marketing, and AR, driving actions to reduce past-due performance and protect company cash. You will monitor portfolios, implement remediation plans, and contribute to ongoing improvement programs to support growth in line with the business strategy. This position combines cross-functional collaboration with governance in a global, hybrid work environment. You will help shape credit strategy in line with local country specifics and the overall OTC process.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Manage the full Credit Cash Collection process for assigned portfolio• Monitor portfolio performance, anticipate issues, and propose remediation actions• Communicate potential customer risks to Marketing and Sales teams• Hold regular meetings with the Credit Specialist and participate in risk assessments• Conduct risk management activities including credit limit reviews, collateral management, and new customer setup• Execute collection strategies and update order holds and cash application processes• Provide input to reports (e.g., Collection Effectiveness Files, Order Hold Metrics) and drive improvements• Maintain fluency with internal controls, GCP, DOA, and country-specific requirements• Coordinate with Credit Specialists, Insurance, and other Credit roles across centers• Support in annual Credit Insurance exercises and related requests for the portfolioResponsabilidades xcskxlj • Experience in Credit, Customer Service, or OTC process• Business proficiency in English and French or German• Third language (German, French, Italian or Ukrainian) is a plus• Solid knowledge of accounting principles• PC skills and MS Office; SAP experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Customer focus, high motivation, proactive attitude• Problem solving, teamwork, ability to prioritize under pressure• Flexibility and fast learning in new systemsRequisitos principales•
