Your role will be to answer our Spanish customers’ requests by phone, email, and chat. The key mission is to listen to the needs of the customers and to offer them the best possible solution. This is not a remote position. Your duties include: Providing a first level of technical response Booking maintenance slots for our customers Proposing billing solutions To work closely with various departments at a fast pace in a multi-faceted environment What we are looking for: You speak Spanish at a native level, both spoken and written You have a good command of English, both spoken and written It is desirable if you speak additional languages (Portuguese, French, Italian) You have experience in a customer service-related field You have good elocution and active listening skills You are comfortable with computers and the telephone as your primary work tools What we offer: Full-time position, 39 hrs/week with shifts from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday (including occasional weekend shifts) Exhaustive 4-week onboarding program to settle in your new role Free lunch, breakfast, fruits and coffee at the office Opportunity to join a fast-growing company Relocation assistance, we try to make the move easy!
