To help us get there, our Data team is on the lookout for a new Data Operations Manager to lead the new DataOps vertical.About the r ole:The position is a hands-on DataOpS manager role, with a primary focus on designing and managing the data operations and architecture framework covering the entire lifecycle on PayRetailers data assets.Your responsibilities:Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data pipelines and services using modern DataOps practices.Define, implement, and maintain governance policies for data pipelines and cloud data services. Develop and manage dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to monitor operational performance, job executions, and system reliability.Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve data-related incidents and performance bottlenecks, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.Lead initiatives to adopt industry best practices in data integration, data security, performance optimization, and infrastructure as code.Work closely with software development, cloud infrastructure, and security teams.
