As the Destination Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our offerings by contracting land services, including hotels, tourist attractions, guides, coaches, restaurants, and more. This position gives you full ownership of the commercial relationships with our partners, ensuring that Europe Incoming delivers the most competitive and appealing options for our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity, driving excellence and innovation in our destination services.Analyse and evaluate data and provide recommendations to stakeholders based on the market evaluationsMaster the usage of internal tools: processes and procedures, database, markets requirementsUndertake, as requested, other tasks or projects and complete within the given time frameAssist other Data teams ‘members as and when workload dictatesLeading training and coaching initiatives as required and supporting with ad-hoc projectsExceptional negotiation skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of an organization including local partnersStrong commercial skills with a working knowledge of group and FIT handlingExcellent written and verbal communication with robust verbal and written EnglishGood Spanish level is a mustGood Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeYour salary will be reviewed every year, and outstanding performance is always recognized and rewarded.
