You will be responsible for the overall technical strategy, platform architecture, security, and reliability of our banking platform.Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with business objectives- Manage and mentor engineering and DevOps teams- Oversee platform architecture, security, and infrastructure- Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity regulations- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships- Drive continuous improvement in development processesRequirements- 5+ years in IT management or engineering leadership within fintech or banking- Strong background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security- Experience managing development teams of 10+ engineers- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for banking IT systems- Fluency in English required; Russian is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
