Experteer Overview As HR Manager Iberia, you will partner with Iberia leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on organization design, leadership, and culture, ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and local needs. You’ll lead recruitment planning, performance and development processes, and DE&I initiatives while leveraging HR data to inform decisions. This role combines strategic impact with hands-on people management in an entrepreneurial, international environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Strategic HR partnering with Iberia leadership to align people strategy with business objectives
- Advising managers on organizational design, team effectiveness, leadership challenges and performance management
- Identify people risks and opportunities aligned with business goals
- Lead recruitment planning and act as internal consultant across full lifecycle
- Support performance management, talent development and succession planning
- Identify learning and leadership development needs and promote continuous learning
- Participate in salary reviews, promotions and bonus processes; drive engagement and DE&I initiatives
- Analyze HR KPIs to support decision-making; coordinate with HR Administration for lifecycle processes; support policy implementationResponsabilidades
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with generalist and business partnering responsibilities
- Fluent English and Spanish
