I assist with guest check‑ins and check‑outs, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and help coordinate special requests. This role allows me to gain hands‑on experience in front desk operations while contributing to exceptional service for every guest.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignmentsManage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the systemHandle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionallyProvide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractionsCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readinessSupport daily administrative tasks, reporting, and record‑keeping for the Front OfficeGain hands‑on experience in front desk operations and customer service excellenceSkills And QualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest serviceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentBasic knowledge of front desk operations and reservation systems is a plusProactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to different tasks and challengesFluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusReady to Join Us?Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to gain real‑world experience in a luxury hotel?
