Position Summary As a Front Office Intern, I support the Front Office team in delivering seamless and personalized guest experiences. I assist with guest check‑ins and check‑outs, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and help coordinate special requests. This role allows me to gain hands‑on experience in front desk operations while contributing to exceptional service for every guest. Key Responsibilities Assist with guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and room assignments Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the system Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness Support daily administrative tasks, reporting, and record‑keeping for the Front Office Gain hands‑on experience in front desk operations and customer service excellence Skills And Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional guest service Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Basic knowledge of front desk operations and reservation systems is a plus Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to different tasks and challenges Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Ready to Join Us?
