pbService Manager for operations Order to Cash /b /ppWe are looking for an experienced bService Manager – Order to Cash /b to support global operations and ensure service stability across SAP and non-SAP environments. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pp• Manage daily escalations of production issues on a global scale /pp • Represent OTC interests in projects, ensuring visibility and proper resource allocation /pp • Stakeholder management for critical projects, incidents, and operational topics /pp • Oversee day-to-day operations of 4 internal global resources and 3–4 external resources /pp • Lead regular calls with Global Process Owners and Global Process Leads for approvals and alignment /pp • Collaborate with Service Managers across other services (ITF, RTR, etc.) to maintain operational stability /pp • Manage priority small-scale projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery when required /ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pp• Fluency in English (mandatory) /pp • Proven Project Management experience /pp • Experience leading international teams /pp • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels /pp • Strong SAP SD experience (ECC required, S/4HANA is a plus) /pp • SAP ITF experience is a plus /pp • 15+ years of total SAP experience /ppbr/ppIf this sounds like you, apply now! /p
