As a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer, you will lead the implementation of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower for one of our international clients, ensuring responsible, scalable, and regulation-aligned AI adoption. You will be responsible for: Leading the design, integration, deployment, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow AI Control Tower. Defining and implementing governance processes for AI assets, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as the AI Act, GDPR, and DORA. Integrating the platform with corporate systems such as Databricks, Collibra, Active Directory, or CMDB, ensuring a unified view of models, datasets, and workflows. Creating and maintaining automated workflows for onboarding, risk assessment, impact analysis, and AI lifecycle management. Driving AI governance best practices in collaboration with business teams, product owners, risk and compliance functions, and the AI Center of Excellence. Monitoring and reporting key indicators: value generated, productivity, cost savings, and risk reduction. Mentoring engineers and cross‑functional teams on governance, platform usage, and compliance.
