Qualified Solicitor Opportunity to join a growing international organisation specialising in international commercial recoveries & trade advisory services Recovery Advisers is a fast-growing, internationally active firm of lawyers operating from 16 countries, with a strong reputation in international commercial recoveries, receivables restructuring, and trade advisory services for exporters, credit insurers, and trade financiers. As we set up our Spanish office, we’re looking for a commercially minded Spanish-qualified lawyer/solicitor to join our team. This is a remote-working role with flexibility for full-time, part-time or non-traditional working arrangements, and offers a rare opportunity to be part of our strategic development in the Spanish speaking legal market. The Role We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor tosupport our growing Spanish operations. You will work on a diverse, commercially focused caseload that includes: Correspondence with Spanish clients and debtor Commercial litigation and dispute resolution Winding-up proceedings and insolvency-related matters Settlement negotiation and deal structuring Drafting and delivering legal opinions on the status and enforceability of contracts, collateral and security arrangements.
