This role is crucial to ensuring that our product delivers real value to frontline workers. The candidate will work closely with all functions to ensure the business understands the safety ecosystem and prioritizes the right features to empower people and deliver improved safety performance. We work with leading global companies across diverse industries; including energy, construction, and manufacturing. The successful candidate will be instrumental in tailoring safety solutions to meet the unique needs of various industries, ensuring that clients not only comply with regulations but also foster a culture of safety excellence.Key responsibilities Act as the key point of contact with all the safety teams working with PixaeraWork with the team to identify product opportunities and define product scopesAct as the SME in designing and co-creating immersive safety simulations and ensure they align with industry safety standardsIdentify all regional safety requirements and maintain Pixaera’s database/LLM with the right informationAssist in building adaptive learning solutions tailored to individual learner needs and competence levelsEnsure compliance with international safety standards, including IOGP, NEBOSH, OSHA, and ISOCollaborate with instructional designers to enhance learning effectiveness and learner engagementLeverage extensive experience in teaching safety rules to create practical, real-world scenariosStay informed on the latest safety trends and integrate new safety concepts into the learning modulesDemonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, ensuring the content resonates with learners and enhances safety performanceKey Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or safety managementIndustry Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in developing safety solutions, preferably within the energy, manufacturing, or construction sectorsInstructional Design: Proven experience in designing and developing training modules using instructional design principles and methodologiesSafety Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with international safety standards such as IOGP, NEBOSH, OSHA, and ISO, with experience implementing these in training contentKey Skills Content Development: Strong skills in writing, editing, and developing engaging learning content that meets safety competence matrix requirementsAnalytical Skills: Ability to analyze learner data and feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery methodsCollaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create effective training solutionsTechnical Proficiency: Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)Adaptation and Personalization: Excellent understanding of the key challenges in existing safety systems and processesCommunication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey safety concepts and engage learnersPassion for Learning: A genuine passion for teaching and learning, with a focus on fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvementHow we support and benefit our employees Fully remote setup, with 2x company-wide meetups per year to meet and bond with your colleaguesAll the equipment you need to succeed provided by Pixaera25 days of company vacation allowance per year in addition to local public holidays.
