If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves tackling new challenges, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Tender Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end tender processes across European markets for a portfolio of generic pharmaceutical products. This role ensures optimal participation, compliance, pricing strategy, and commercial success in national, regional, and hospital tenders. The Tender Manager acts as the key interface between commercial, supply chain, regulatory, finance, and market access teams to secure profitable tender wins aligned with business objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESTender Management & ExecutionMonitor upcoming tender opportunities across multiple European markets through official portals, customer interfaces, and partner networks.Lead the preparation, submission, and follow-up of tender bids (price, documentation, product dossiers).Ensure all submissions comply with local regulations, procurement rules, and internal quality standards.Manage bid timelines, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and maintain full audit trails.Pricing & Commercial StrategyDevelop competitive pricing strategies based on market intelligence, cost structures, competitor activity, and profitability guidelines.Conduct scenario analyses (win/loss impact, volume forecasting, margin optimization).Work closely with Sales Team and Finance to align pricing with revenue and margin targets.Market Intelligence & AnalysisTrack tender regulations, procurement trends, competitor pricing, and market changes across Europe.Build and maintain tender performance dashboards, analytics, and KPIs.Provide insights to support strategic decisions on product positioning and launch readiness.Cross-functional CollaborationWork with Supply Chain to ensure reliable product availability and tender volume commitments.Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality to supply documentation required for eligibility and compliance.Partner with Legal on contract reviews, risk assessment, and tender terms & conditions.Contract & Lifecycle ManagementManage post-award activities: contract setup, pricing updates, performance tracking, and renewal strategies.Review contract profitability and monitor price-volume adherence throughout the tender cycle.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree: (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Business or FinanceAt least 3 years of work experience in similar role within the pharmaceutical industryExperience in sales and customer services will be an advantageFamiliar with Pharmaceutical and B2B environmentSupply Chain management experienceUnderstanding key steps in Pharmaceutical Supply chain management, Launches and transfer managementVery good communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and negotiation aptitudeAbility to prioritize and meet critical deadlinesAdvanced level of EnglishVery good Computer Knowledge, especially on MS Office, SAP and Power BIWhy join us?
